Pros

None but I have to make the word count requirement.

Cons

Management is completely against the managers in the field at all times. Vendors are severely overloaded and sadly protected. Still expected to meet qc deadlines which are unrealistic with the vendors. Purchasing department is an absolute joke. There is no estimating done on any of the houses and it takes far too long to get purchase orders sent out to the vendors...that’s only if it’s assigned to the correct vendor. Bonuses are never what they are supposed to be and you are constantly lied to about what the payout should be.

Pros

I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

Cons

Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

Pros

- challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

Cons

- leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
