      Pros

      Benefits are standard great 401(k) some good people in IT and HR. Some great parties.

      Cons

      Constant revolving door for any Division President. I have been through three each one promising me a promotion but end up walking out and I am back to the beginning. Regional President is rude, condescending, demotivating, unreasonable, and always has someone else to blame. Until that changes don’t believe anything you are told because the one who told you will be gone at the wave of her wicked wand. Manages by fear and threats.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
