      Pros

      Better salary than most builders in the area.

      Cons

      Wish I would have listened to some of the people that came before me. I thought it was just sour grapes because people had left or been let go from the company but after being here awhile I see that they were dead on. Very hard to earn a bonus on a house and especially when it’s an unseen, unknown target. Don’t ever question something or someone above you because at Century Communities our input from the field is not welcomed. You are expected to do your job with no questions or anything suggestions on how things might be improved. All I can say is I hope the phone rings soon so I can move on to a place that appreciates their employees just a little bit anyway.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      Pros

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
