      Pros

      Century Communities is still in growth mode, and many standard processes and procedures across the organization still need to be implemented. It's a great place to bring prior knowledge and experience and to make a positive impact. Team members seem to really respect and appreciate each other. My immediate manager is very supportive and encourages a strong work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of definable corporate culture. Social responsibility/corporate giving is almost non existent and needs to be addressed ASAP.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
