      Pros

      Century Communities hires great people, and then allows them do their thing! Micro-management doesn't exist here, so the importance of hiring the right person is key; and when you do hire that right person, giving them autonomy and support will let them shine! Century does it right.

      Cons

      Some people need more training, and more support. A company like Century Communities with a more hands-off management approach, should also be aware that this formula might not work well for all employees. Recognizing that, and giving guidance and support to those employees is necessary.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
