      Pros

      In my experience with Century Communities I find the company to be very gracious as opposed to other jobs I have had in the past. I feel they are supportive in every way! Century Communities takes pride in moral and employee happiness! They also offer incentives such as a year-end bonus/cell phone allowance etc. I personally feel my manager has seen my potential and has allowed me to grow. I have been in situations where it is seen but not acknowledged. To me that speaks high volumes! I feel appreciated and continue to grow here!

      Cons

      New and changing company, must be willing to be patient and accept change.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      Pros

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
