Pros

The pay and compensation were generous.

Cons

Your schedule is locked tight, very inconvenient to take vacation time. Management is very restrictive on letting their agents work independently and freely. Management feels more like a parent-child relationship than a business partnership.

Pros

I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

Cons

Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

Pros

- challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

Cons

- leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
