      Pros

      Growing company, deep pockets, skilled at land acquisition. Great markets with attractive product.

      Cons

      Organization is a horrible problem for the company. Still using paper and excel spreadsheets for most everything! Systems are all antiquated. Managers do not lead by example and belittle their employees behind closed doors. No trust. Employees are set up to fail and thrown to the wolves from day one. No training. Each and every decision made is for the good of the company's pocket book NOT the customer, or God forbid, the well being of the employees. Overall, the entire organization has grown too fast and is set up for complete implosion and failure if something isn't fixed now.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      Pros

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
