      Pros

      When I posted my review last year after the worst professional experience I ever had in 25 years....their rating was below 3 stars. Pay attention, since there are SEVERAL "anonymous " artificial 5 star leads stemming from their Colorado HQ. That is because they are sandbagging, and preventing previous reviews from being seen from the REAL folks from across the country and falsely pumping up their rating. I could write a book about how horrible my experience was. POOR PRODUCTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES....WHAT'S LEFT AT THAT POINT?

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
