Pros

• Solid experience in residential construction with exposure to a wide range of responsibilities • Opportunity to work across multiple communities and collaborate with various departments • Fast-paced environment that challenges you to grow and stay organized • Competitive salary and benefits package for the industry

Cons

• Workload can be demanding, especially when supporting multiple communities at once • Some internal processes and systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization • Communication between departments can occasionally be disjointed, causing minor delays or confusion • Company culture feels minimal at the division level, and there’s a lack of clear pathways for career advancement outside of corporate roles • Corporate directives can feel limiting, often creating unnecessary red tape and bottlenecks that hinder division-level efficiency and responsiveness

Pros

I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

Cons

Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

Pros

- challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

Cons

- leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
