      pay was decent, lived in city where i was building, great fuel/phone allowence.

      Cons

      munciple inspection process, 3rd party via uploaded photos by CM to app. CM's are not trained inspectors, and every code not know. it's nice to speed through builds, but 1 sus CM and home is built to bad quality, which many were. no direction in their build process (every company builds slightly different), then held accountable for not following their process. management not open to best practices learned from experiance, their way or highway attitude. homes designed for northen envirenments. finished garages and lani's in SW FL are utalized as living spaces unlike northern living. 0 chance of furthering career opportunities.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
