      Pros

      When I was hired, I was able to work remotely from home.

      Cons

      Bonuses RARELY paid when earned, new management is brought in from other states with no idea how to build in your state and try to force employees to do unethical and illegal things to get permits so they can 'schedule out' to look good, the promote those whose noses are farthest up their behind rather than those that do the best work, terribly disorganized, pay is low compared to the amount of responsibility you're given and raises are next to impossible to get unless you're a corporate kiss-up.

      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
