Pros

Great Pay, tons of training and support from management, awesome company culture. Nearly half the sales department makes well over 100k/year and actually enjoy work

Cons

Long hours, clients are sometimes a little difficult, sometimes theres alot of work to fit in the day and not enough time to get it all done so you have to stay late or fall behind

Good afternoon! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so glad to hear that you've had a great experience! Working with all the timezones from EST to PST especially in a Sales environment can absolutely have its challenges when you're working on the clients' time. We'll forward this feedback to your Management team, but we can definitely share that we are in the process of hiring for the Sales department as the need for our services has significantly increased since the COVID pandemic. Please don't hesitate to share any additional feedback to your Management team or HR at any time! Thank you for all your hard work, and we hope you have a lovely day!

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
