Pros

Predictable sale with good pay - Making good money steadily here is very is once you get the sale down. For me it took a while, but now there is more ongoing training/coaching, so a lot of people seem to have it down very fast now. Lots of cool spiffs/bonuses - There have been a bunch of TVs, PS5s, sound systems, etc. that were won. Straightforward career/growth path - You pretty quickly get moved up to getting even higher commission and more WFH time. I've seen a good amount of people move into management too.

Cons

Longer hours - Definitely a time commitment. There is unlimited PTO, so I look at it as just working like crazy when I am, then completely unplugging when I am off.

Good afternoon! Thanks for taking time to leave a review for us. We're excited to hear that you've had a great experience over the last 3 years of working with us. We try to incentive our sales teams with different sorts of rewards depending on the feedback provided to the Sales management team about what the team is excited about or wants as a prize! Glad to hear it's working! Sales tends to work on their clients' time, and we assist clients in every timezone from EST to PST which may mean some late nights. We always encourage the team to unplug and take time away to remind themselves that we work to live, not live to work! If there's any additional feedback you'd like to provide, please don't hesitate to share with your Management team or HR at any time. Otherwise, thank you again and we hope you have a lovely week!

Pros

Work from home flexibility. Health Care was decent.

Cons

Until about 2025 things were looking good at Century but once the first round of unexpected layoffs happened last September due to "restructuring" we BULs (business unit leaders) were told our jobs were safe and that layoffs wouldn't happen again. Fast forward to February 2026 and there was another round of layoffs (once again unannounced) despite C-Suite managers saying this wouldn't happen. The truly sad part is that they made a point to layoff several employees who have been with the company for over 4 to 5 years making their dedication to the company a ticking time bomb. If you stayed long enough over the years you made decent pay. However that no longer matters since they actively laid off all the tenured employees who actually stuck with the company over the years.
