This company was a good place to work until Danaher acquired the company and slowly sucked it dry of all the enthusiasm at the innovation that it once had. Everyone is constantly in fear of losing their job now you’re innovative ideas are not rewarded or valued anymore, everybody knows that they’re probably not gonna get a promotion anytime soon and the atmosphere at the company represents that. Nearly half the research department was cut, getting rid of senior research leaders that have been there for many years and contribute huge amount of technological innovation. Poor prospects for the future as PCR technology is reaching its limitations.
