Danaher and Senior Leadership have killed the innovative culture of the company. No more new innovation ideas are generated to stay ahead of the curve. People are being punished for doing the right thing. Not industry standard compensation (no stocks options or RSUs) No more employee incentives to stay at the company. Some of the capable senior leadership have left due to the same reason. Over hired due to pandemic but fired so many employees in last 3 year (almost back to pre pandemic numbers) due to economic down times with revenue remaining the same. Employee engagement surveys are joke. Leadership team, please know that Every single employee is looking for a job outside of company.
