Top heavy untalented leadership - Anonymous employee Cepheid Employee Review

Undeserved, crazy number of VP promotions make the company top heavy. MExecutive team has been unable to invent new direction/product line, for the last few years, hence the only thing they are good at is non-stop reorgs/ workforce reductions. Sad to see Cepheid to be reduced to a sustainment company only, without holding responsible the ones who let this failure happen.
