      The products we make are important and do change the lives of our patients.

      The leadership seems to have no idea what they are doing and are constantly doing lay offs, hiring, firing, reorging, changing priorities, etc.

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
