      Depending on your manager, there’s potential for flexibility with your schedule. Can come in late and leave early if you get your work done quickly.

      Cons

      Multiple layoffs per year. Huge disconnect between leadership and associates. Very little transparency behind decisions from leadership.

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
