      It used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and reorgs. Executives has no future vision for the company. Scientists and engineers are blamed for the company's failure even though poor decisions are made by the executives. Employees are treated poorly with no respect for the hard work they put forward.

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
