As company growing bigger, it's harder to communicate between groups/departments. There are always some personality crash, which is not uncommon in a company with any "human being". However it's up to the manager/director to resolve the issue, objectively and firmly. Unfortunately, in my case, the upper manager is afraid to take stand due his/hers lacking of technical confidence. All the projects got delayed due to the disagreement between departments.
