great coworkers for the most part. was fortunate to work with many talented individuals with no egos. great technology, great projects in pipeline... good work-life balance. flexible times, free food 2 times a week at least..
Cons
changes slowly being made ever since Danaher take-over. former CEO is in NO way a friend of mine. Decided to sell company to Danaher and retire... probably knew the company was losing $$. HR was always a weak point even before the take-over. Bad communication on HR end with other departments... Recent budget cuts... company cares more about making an extra dollar than keeping employees... very difficult to get promoted unless you have a popular manager. i was never promoted during the 4 years employed here.. possible inside back-stabbing... just because you complete all your work and go beyond your job, it does not mean you will get promoted.. only 3% max annual increases and no bonuses unless you are top level.... maybe things will be better with Danaher? highly doubt it...
