Cepheid is doing amazing things! Lots of innovation happening all over the organization. The acquisition by Danaher has provided Cepheid with the infrastructure of a large company while still maintaining it's nimbleness. The Danaher programs are wide spread and the majority of the Cepheid pain points are being felt as we continue to roll out the programs and how to leverage them in the best way possible for Cepheid. It's a challenging time for the company due to the vast amount of changes, but everything is in the spirit of continuous improvement. I highly highly recommend working here. The impact one can have is huge!
