Their DBS system actually helps with the working dynamics and progressiveness of the project. Their products are having a significant impact to the COVID world we live in.
Cons
They have seen tremendous growth in the last several years. Their growth has come with many headaches, less efficient processes, a lag on addressing employee concerns and crowded spaces. Most importantly the fantastic culture Cepheid used to have, has been partially lost and needs active efforts in order to rebuild.
