No future - Manager Cepheid Employee Review

No really innovative product out in years, even though company claims to be innovative - competitors can easily take market share without much effort while the company continues to milk the same cow over and over. Trying too many things (and wasting a lot of money trying) without consideration for how the area and markets evolve. Too many politics and too little experience & knowledge in the business they operate in. Reduced opportunities for employees to really learn on the job. Firefighting mode constantly on. Extremely high pace of work for a salary & benefits below average. Zero accountability.
