The company is constantly falling apart. There's so much holes in its process I'm surprised it's still functioning. Nothing works like it's supposed to and it's an uphill battle to get anything fixed. Quality has been restructured poorly to the point it's affecting the products coming out. Poor leadership, no recognition, and high burnout rate.
