      Great industry with positive impact to patients and the world. Outstanding associates.

      Cons

      Incredibly poor management. Inconsistent decision making. Constant change in direction and lack of focus and commitment. Multiple org structure changes in one year. Four presidents in two years. Very poor outlook and likely more cuts and changes comming.
