Pros
They overpay their people to compensate for the way they treat their employees. I also get to work with a really great team.
Cons
From the top down, the only thing leaders care about is metrics and measuring impact. I understand that those things matter, but they aren't the ONLY thing that matters. As a manager, any time I try to remind my peers and above that we are leading PEOPLE, and empathy matters, I just get blank stares. It's harsh. It's cold, It's unkind.
