Business Outlook
Pros
Positive work culture with helpful people, Opportunities to learn on the job with training, Flexible work scheduling with hybrid schedule. A lot of smart people in technical & strategic roles. The next 12 montsh will likely still be rocky but I feel the company has a strong long term outlook if you are willing to wait it out.
Cons
Layoffs after massive over expansion have become the norm and the org structure still is pretty inefficient. Not alot of room for upward mobility due to bloated org from massive over hiring. Upper to middle management can be very political. Cross department communication is lacking, not a fast pace dynamic culture, alot of inertia to change the way things are done.
