      Pros

      Great associate and individual contributors. Good people, genuinely nice, working very hard and trying their best. Some of the DBS tools and the development opportunities are great.

      Cons

      Leadership - specifically VP level is a s***show. 1) Too many VPs - lets get real (never in my many yrs of exp have seen this) 2) VPs are protecting their own level and group - vs. what is truly better for the companies bottom line 3) VPs - some not all are down right micro managers and toxic 4) some VPs blast their own team in front of others and it is demoralizing...
