Great Team - one on one relationships with others on my Team is excellent. Helps to buffer the strain caused by an unevolved Upper Management.
Cons
With the continual reorganizations and plant closures / relocations, it is difficult to see a future at Cepheid. There are many cases of trying to find workarounds for existing problems, rather than finding the root cause and fixing them.
