Refrain from joining FP&A org, most of the VP's within Finance are abusive leaders with CFO in his own la-la land. Absolute toxic work culture, blame-game and dirty office politics. You would be never acknowledged or rewarded for anything. Pay is much lower than the industry standard with no RSU or Bonus. You would be expected to work on most of the weekends Stay away and refrain from joining this terrible company. Revenue is all time low with many more layoffs expected in 2025
