Start up - Logistics Cepheid Employee Review

Operates like a 28 year old startup instead of a 4 Billion a year company. CEO is non existent and does nothing. Most upper management is homegrown and has no experience with a successful business. Even when outside management is brought in they are stifled. Lodi site in particular is a mess. Director of Manufacturing leads by bullying. VP is too tied up in small details. Worst communication inside a company I have ever seen. This year is cutting merit increases to offset a bad year, but is still hiring VP level staff at 500 a year. Company stresses output over quality, sad for a diagnostics company.
