Used to be a great place to work - Anonymous employee Cepheid Employee Review

Frequent changes, multiple layoffs and realignments over the last few years, and a decreased focus on employee satisfaction. I used to love my job here, but I struggle to support the decisions the company makes. Despite record growth over the last few years, salaries are stagnant and promotion opportunities are limited to those upper leadership likes (whether they are qualified or not).
