There are simply too many drawbacks to detail. My main point is this: compensation is heavily concentrated at the top. After the company hired a new CFO, thinking she would implement cost-cutting measures, she instead brought in a team of Blackrock people at ridiculous pay levels. The subsequent terminations of other employees followed this hiring spree. It took nearly two years, but she and some of her new hires have since been let go.
