lab tech - Lab Technician Ceva Animal Health Employee Review

its like a high school environment working in Mareks. Employees calling in because they are hung over or they come in hungover or high on weed. There is no communication between the leads and the techs. you get different answers or you get i just dont know answer. There are too many leads which causes mass confusion because they arent on the same page with each other. HR knows the problem exsist but turns a blind eye to it hoping the problem will go away. In 1 week 4 people from Mareks lab 2 gave notice, thats a 1/3 of the staff in the lab gone. There are more to follow.
