      IT is working as fast as they can to get problems solved

      Cons

      I find it very hard to get IT to answer the phone when need immediate assistance.

      Thank you for your comments and review! We are considering the option to co-locate IT help desk personnel, but in the meantime we are increasing our IT help desk by 50% to decrease wait times and increase the level of service.
