Entry level compensation is hard to beat.
Cons
Training in theory of operation, but not in the errors you’ll encounter on a daily basis. Most of the troubleshooting training is on-the-job-training. Supervisors are in an endless series of meetings and focus groups, leaving them constantly unavailable. You’ll get more support from the person sitting next to you than you will from your supervisor.
