Pros
Family owned, private company with a ton of career growth potential. The company is growing and often promotes from within. I started almost 3-4 years ago and already have been promoted twice. Fair benefits and lots of company-wide activities to bring employees together. They have a wellness program to promote a healthy lifestyle which, once completed you get partial reimbursement for your Medical Insurance. Gaining growth on a technology stand-point. Willing to invest time and money into their employees. Leader in industry. They are a solid company that isn't going anywhere but up. They will continue to go which provides job stability and growth for all employees. Committed to giving back to the community. They have lots of programs and volunteer opportunities for local and national charities and organizations.
Cons
Communication within the company is BAD. Reps in the field, as well as employees at Corporate get mixed messaging about policies, new products, and updates. There is no consistency and it is hard to give customers the correct answer. Departments such as Customer Service, Inside Sales and Tech Support are not on the same page. Customers are often bounced around between departments. There's a lot of seasoned employees. There are not a lot of young people within the company. Although they are working on hiring younger employees, it is hard for a young employee to come in and feel energized about the job since they are surrounded by people who have been with the company for years and set in their ways. On boarding and new employee training is lacking.
