Pros

Great people working on campus

Cons

For-profit college that is focused on expanding campus locations rather than the success of the existing campuses. They have even now gone as far as centralizing admissions for the ONSITE BSN. Prospective students want to see the campus and sit down with an advisor face to face to make sure they have a good understanding of what the school has to offer. There is also very limited growth potential and very minimal raises. I was told I could be reviewed after 1 year in the role for a promotion. (I also had a form proviced to me upon hiring of the promotion tiers and the timeframe and requirements needed to achieve this) My review did not occur until almost 2 years in the position...after a year of me inquiring about it.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
