Pros

- The team is full of knowledgeable and capable individuals who come to work ready to do their best every single day - The work/life balance is amazing. My manager allowed me an adjusted schedule because I commuted in from the city and it helped me beat traffic, which really improved my mood once I got to work. And they are incredibly understanding with employees that have children. - There's a lot of room to try new projects and work with different teams if you just ask. A lot of room for collaboration and room to grow your portfolio and resume. - There is no micromanaging on the digital team. Any time I went to my boss with a new idea, she let my give is a try. Failing upwards is a term Chamberlain believes in. You're allowed to try new things and learn from your mistakes rather than be chastized for them.

Cons

- As with most social media jobs, there was some down time in my day to day work. Management at Chamberlain is great however and if you ask for extra work on different teams, they will help you secure projects to do. - The team is busy, so sometimes it's hard to get ahold if people when you need them. Keep track of the best way to get in contact with each individual and plan around busy schedules. - There's a difference of opinion on how marketing needs to be run between the digital team and the brand team. I think if the brand team can loosen the reigns a bit and allow the digital team to do what the do best in the digital space, you'll see an even bigger improvement in the work the digital team does.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
