No job security. Most faculty has little or no teaching experience Students treated as customers-inters with ability to teach in a professional manner that encourages critical thinking and self-direction. Teach to a test. Workload overbearing & unrealistic. Pressured to teach outside of scope of practice. Private school. Year round teaching. Must take vacations during student breaks. Low pay for amount of work required. No summers off.
