Pros

They really treat staff well. They believe that if we care for ourselves, each other, and our students then we will do our best work and graduate the most caring nurses. They also really help to develop everyone professionally. Because this university is huge there is tremendous opportunity for growth.

Cons

When you switch from clinical nursing to university education the salary will go down. However, in my first year I received 2 raises. I also use the tuition benefit for my education. They have completely covered my MSN and they will give me 50000 towards my PhD.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.

Pros

There is a wide variety of availability of clinicals. The dean appears very kind and supportive.

Cons

The pay is confusing, it is definitely clear they are a for-profit company.
