Pros

Training was very in-depth and thorough Working in teams -- coworkers were very supportive Team manager was very supportive- brought the team together for bonding and group growth often Weekly meetings to stay on top of news and changes Pay was quite good for remote work environment

Cons

Chamberlain University has frequent layoffs--- was hired and then part of the group to experience the most recent round of layoffs.
