Pros

Gréât group of colleagues to work with.

Cons

Faculty is overworked and underpaid. No work-life balance. Extremely too many duties placed on faculty who is already stretched thin. No regards for faculty health or mental well being. It’s always a battle to request time off outside of the school time off as you’re expected to find coverage for your mises time. Expected to drive hours to clinical sites with back to back lecturing. The pay is already minimal with no gas reimbursement for the long clinical drives. Training is sub-par with expectations to just get it an do it. I could go on and on, but it will do no good because leadership don’t care.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
