-Very remote-work friendly, I can choose to work from home or from the office if I want. -Small company, get to know leadership easily. -Lots of recognition for doing well. -Tons of first day gear, felt like Christmas morning. -Agile methodology makes projects go smooth.

-Sometimes there's a bit of a learning curve -Still establishing themselves in some ways, can be fun if you like that kind of thing but if you want to go into a job and follow what's already established, this might not be ideal for you.
