Pros

- Smart people - Flexible schedule - Decent pay and benefits

Cons

- Asking employees to speak up but rarely taking actions. - Touting diversity and inclusion and focusing on recruiting employees but little effort to retain them - A lot of bureaucracy for this size of organization - Not many projects of substance actually happening. A lot of effort seemed to be spent on perception and not substance. Having trouble retaining product/engineering talent - Lack of respect and fairness. Very top down.

Pros

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a meaningful chapter of my career. Intelligent, mission-driven, low-ego colleagues, inspiring work, and many opportunities to learn and grow. It’s also one of the few places I’ve worked where you don’t have to trade off between enjoying the work, good compensation, and a healthy work-life balance. Even having been impacted by layoffs, I remain very grateful for the experience.

Cons

Increase volatility in recent years with restructuring. Hopefully things settle with clearer strategic direction in place.

Pros

Lots of smart people to work with and learn from. Onsite office is great.

Cons

Leadership and middle management will do anything to make themselves look good to c-levels , will go as far as taking credit for work not done by them. Every 3-4 months for years and prior to me working there, org goals change at a dime with no heads up and expectations are to perform excellently.
