Pros

Many Glassdoor reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, in this particular situation everything that is posted is an accurate depiction. Many people that work here are not only passionate, but also very smart. Decent compensation and benefits, if you aren’t coming from a big tech company. Priscilla cares about the work Financial stability

Cons

Lack of leadership. The staff is very frustrated because the organization wants to succeed but often seems like leaders are non-existent. And yet you can not move forward without them. Execs will often say they want tough questions or discussions to happen, but if you encourage real conversations you are pushed out or your position is “eliminated”. Diversity is used as a dangling carrot. The company lacks structure or resources for employees who don’t have a traditional background. Or an inclusive culture for people of color The company desperately needs an HR/People leader with experience scaling and creating an inclusive culture. ERG groups are told they are responsible for leaders not participating in activities. And yet when feedback is given it's frowned upon. Overall Toxic culture. A feeling of sadness in the building. Many don't want to be there. A running joke that most people are looking to leave. Brilliant jerks are often applauded. People are afraid to go to HR in fear of retaliation from leaders within the organization. This will likely be a smudge on your resume. The good days are over, unfortunately.

Pros

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a meaningful chapter of my career. Intelligent, mission-driven, low-ego colleagues, inspiring work, and many opportunities to learn and grow. It’s also one of the few places I’ve worked where you don’t have to trade off between enjoying the work, good compensation, and a healthy work-life balance. Even having been impacted by layoffs, I remain very grateful for the experience.

Cons

Increase volatility in recent years with restructuring. Hopefully things settle with clearer strategic direction in place.

Pros

Lots of smart people to work with and learn from. Onsite office is great.

Cons

Leadership and middle management will do anything to make themselves look good to c-levels , will go as far as taking credit for work not done by them. Every 3-4 months for years and prior to me working there, org goals change at a dime with no heads up and expectations are to perform excellently.
