Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The environment that you have described does not represent the environment CZI wants to build and the principles we strive to cultivate throughout the organization. We have recently rolled out a new Total Rewards program that will provide annual merit increases for all employees. We listen to employee feedback through regular all hands calls and employee surveys. We always encourage staff to reach out to their People Business Partners to provide feedback on how we can improve the overall employee experience as well as raise any concerns they may have as an employee of CZI.

Pros

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a meaningful chapter of my career. Intelligent, mission-driven, low-ego colleagues, inspiring work, and many opportunities to learn and grow. It’s also one of the few places I’ve worked where you don’t have to trade off between enjoying the work, good compensation, and a healthy work-life balance. Even having been impacted by layoffs, I remain very grateful for the experience.

Cons

Increase volatility in recent years with restructuring. Hopefully things settle with clearer strategic direction in place.

Pros

Lots of smart people to work with and learn from. Onsite office is great.

Cons

Leadership and middle management will do anything to make themselves look good to c-levels , will go as far as taking credit for work not done by them. Every 3-4 months for years and prior to me working there, org goals change at a dime with no heads up and expectations are to perform excellently.
