- Company cares about individual growth, training, and collaborative experiences. Will definitely help you achieve your clearly defined goals in service to yourself and the company. - Leadership actually cares about the employees they serve, and want to help them. - Fantastic work/life balance. There is never a question that when things come up, you can address them, and they did an amazing job throughout the Covid Pandemic. - Really great coworkers across the board.
Cons
-Growing pains are evident as the company continues to expand. Admittedly they are addressing the challenges of scale. - Sometimes feels like they struggle with more long-term paths for individuals, but this is something they've admitted and are working on.
